To allow monitoring of user transactions executed in more than one control flow, an instrumentation of the appropriate libraries is necessary. This means, the libraries responsible for starting and stopping control flows as well as the libraries for the activation of existing control flows must be instrumented to provide the required information to the measurement correlator.
