2.2 Policy Work at the Imperial College

One of the most important contributions to the area of policy-based management is the work of Prof. Moris Sloman and affiliated researchers at the Imperial College, London.

The policy approach developed at the Imperial College has been widely accepted. Therefore, the terminology related to policies very often follows the one introduced in their papers. Unless otherwise noted, this thesis will also use the same terminology.
