This chapter showed the integration of the developed metapolicy concept with the help of an existing policy-based management system. It was one of the design principles not to change large parts of the existing system. This showed the possibility of the integration of metapolicies, although a consequence is, that not all of the possibilities of the metapolicy concept can be implemented.
Constraints in the existing management system restricting the possibilities of the metapolicy concept were discussed. Different approaches to enhance the system further than the given implementation with their advantages and disadvantages were presented. They can be considered in future enhancements of the NoCScontrol system.
