Measurement correlator:

The measurement correlator is responsible for correlating measurement to user transactions. It is called from both the instrumented application and the instrumented libraries via the measurement interface. To avoid large amounts of interprocess communication, the measurement correlator is executed in the same process the application to be monitored is running in. The gathered information is regularly forwarded to the system's management agent.
