5.4.2 Delegation

This category includes metapolicies which govern the delegation of policies. Here, delegation involves transfer and setting of responsibility and other business and administration related concerns. This is necessary to avoid ambiguities later in the policy life cycle. Therefore, it must be stated who has to deal with refinement, review, testing, and conflicts. Example: A security related policy must be reviewed by a security expert.
