Introducing the concept of metapolicies comes along with the
introduction of new managed objects for usage in
metapolicies. Metapolicies govern the behaviour of the management
system and its supporting processes. As a consequence, the whole
management system and all its components and processes are managed
objects. This enables the management system to govern itself through
metapolicies stated about theses objects.
